1. Who we are

Koydo Service OS is a product of Koydo Studios LLC (“Koydo”, “we”, “us”), a Texas limited liability company. Contact: hello@koydo.app.

2. What we collect

When you visit serviceos.koydo.app we collect standard server logs (IP address, user agent, referrer, page viewed) for security and performance. When you submit the demo form on /demo we collect the fields you fill in: business name, owner name, industry, crew size, city, email, optional phone, and best time to talk. We do not run third-party advertising pixels.

3. How we use it

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a customer, to provide and operate Koydo Service OS. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for advertising. Any analytics we run are first-party and aggregated.

4. Data retention

Demo-form submissions are retained for up to 24 months unless you request deletion sooner. Customer account data is retained for the life of the account plus 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted unless a longer retention is required by law.

5. Your rights

You can request a copy or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing hello@koydo.app. If you are a California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, or Utah resident, you have rights under your state's privacy law that this policy honors by default.

6. Cookies

serviceos.koydo.app uses only essential first-party cookies required for the site to function. We do not set advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

7. Changes to this policy

We will update the “Last updated” date when this policy changes. Material changes will be communicated by email to active customers.
