Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing serviceos.koydo.app or subscribing to Koydo Service OS, you agree to these Terms of Service with Koydo Studios LLC (“Koydo”). If you do not agree, do not use the site or the service.

2. The Service

Koydo Service OS is a software-as-a-service platform that, when subscribed, ships a branded mobile app, marketing site, and booking back-end for service businesses. Specific deliverables and timelines are described in your order form.

3. Subscription & billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance, per the tier you select. Setup fees are billed once at kickoff. All fees are in US dollars and are non-refundable except as expressly stated in the Koydo 30-day launch guarantee or required by law.

4. 30-day launch guarantee

If your branded app has not been approved by both Apple App Store and Google Play within 30 days of the official kickoff call, we will refund the setup fee in full. The launch guarantee does not cover delays caused by customer-side blockers (e.g., not delivering brand assets or not signing required developer agreements).

5. Customer data & ownership

You retain all rights to your business data, customer records, and brand assets. Koydo holds them under a limited license solely to provide the service. On termination, you can export your data within a 30-day window. Multi-tier customers retain their dedicated app developer account on termination; Solo and Crew listings can be transferred to a customer-owned account for a one-time $999 fee.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Koydo Service OS for unlawful purposes, to impersonate another business, or to violate Apple or Google platform policies. We can suspend service for material violations.

7. Termination

You can cancel any time. Monthly subscribers stop billing at the end of the current month; annual subscribers stop billing at renewal. Setup fees are non-refundable except under the 30-day launch guarantee.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Koydo's total liability under this agreement is capped at the fees paid by the customer in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.
