Pricing FAQ

What does the setup fee cover?

The setup fee covers everything from kickoff to App Store launch: brand intake, custom theming of the iOS + Android app, marketing-site build, Supabase booking back-end, payments setup, App Store and Google Play submission, and white-glove launch support.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. All Koydo Service OS plans are month-to-month. Annual prepay is offered for a 17% discount but is never required. There is no auto-renew lock-in.

How does annual billing work?

Pay yearly upfront and save 17% versus the monthly rate (Solo: $65/mo, Crew: $165/mo, Multi: $415/mo). You can switch from monthly to annual at any time and we credit the unused portion.

Are there per-tech or per-user fees on top?

No surprise per-user surcharges. Solo includes 1 seat, Crew includes 10, Multi is unlimited. Most field service competitors charge $35–$65 per extra user — Koydo does not.

What about Stripe transaction fees?

Stripe charges 2.9% + 30¢ per card transaction directly to your Stripe account — Koydo does not mark this up. Apple Pay and Google Pay run through Stripe at the same rate.
